   Prime OS Tech cares about their customers. When USPS lost our package, PrimeOS could have told us "too bad" like most companies do.
   Instead, PrimeOS shipped a replacement item to us FOR FREE!? They did not even ask for shipping cost. WOW

   Had my doubts at first, but boy was I wrong! Prime OS has great service and fantastic prices. The product was easy to install and works extremely well.

   I have an Acer Aspire R13 with a 32 GB drive that is used primarily for browsing the internet. It had win 10 home upgraded from win 8 and only 2 GB of free space remaining even though there was no personal data or extra apps. The lack of space was preventing any further updates and the restore from Acer would not work without a dedicated USB drive to back up the system files. I made the decision to over write my current install and start clean.
   
   Overall very happy with the product as I did not have to download any drivers manually Windows found all of them.

   Needed new Windows and I didn't want to spend all that money. Thank goodness I found Prime OS: saved me a bunch and I received the USB 2 days earlier than expected. Everything worked just fine and the instructions were really clear and easy to follow

    I had my doubts with this at first and thought this too good of a deal. But, I was proven wrong. It works perfectly fine and installs easily. Just make sure to keep all of the the papers it comes with because you need your product key. I highly recommend this though because it is much cheaper than other places online.
