Returns & Refunds

We determine RMA eligibility on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to refuse returns in some circumstances where we did everything right on our end and there is no issue with the product itself.

What can be returned?
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a partial refund. There will be a restocking fee in some instances. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as incorrect or defective item, etc. We issue refunds within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

What can NOT be returned?
Please note software cannot be returned once opened, just like DVDs and Games. This is due to nature of software licenses which once redeemed cannot be taken back or resold. However, we will work with you to resolve any issue and offer quick replacements.

Digitally Delivered software (that is emailed to you) can NOT be returned for any reason. Refund will not be issued for any reason. If there is an issue, we will provide technical support and if needed, we will even replace the software. But we cannot take back software licenses that was delivered via email
